We are seeking for a dedicated and motivated Senior Analyst, Workforce Experience. This position is preferably based in Beerse. Other J&J Locations are considered as well for the right talent!

The Sr. Analyst is part of the EMEA Workforce Experience Product Group, focussing on enabling productivity, collaboration and automation technologies that contribute to the digital workplace of the future. This role plays a crucial part in driving opportunities in the area of Intelligent Automation, helping our organization to achieve the objectives of saving throughout the increase of organizational efficiency.

As part of the role, you will work with business and IT partners across all EMEA countries to support the functional design and implementation of the respective technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with business and technology partners, to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements for technology solutions.

  • Lead how requirements may be implemented from a functional standpoint and drive/improve user experience

  • Balance business value with technical feasibility while prioritizing stories and features, optimizing cost, and improving delivery efficiency

  • Responsible for a small to medium size project (or components of a larger project) to optimize business process trough the adoption of automation technologies

  • Supervise contractors that manage projects in this space

Qualifications

Qualifications

To be successful, you will have already gained a few years of experience in a similar capacity. You are able to build strong and collaborative relationships with multiple partners. Further requirements include:

  • Minimum a Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving automation technology.

  • Passionate to develop expertise in Productivity and Collaboration solutions.

  • Highly motivated with the willingness to take ownership and responsibility for work.

  • Strong analytic skills and ability to balance big picture with attention to detail.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving automation technology, stay knowledgeable about industry trends.

  • Excellent English (verbal and written) communication skills, including presentation skills.

  • Enjoy working in a regional and diverse team environment.

  • Competent with Microsoft office tools and productivity tools such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint

  • Experience working in a Regional / Virtual setting is preferred.

  • Experience with Intelligent Automation or Low code/No Code solutions is preferred.

  • Experience in Agile software as well as program deployment methodology including JIRA is preferred.

Travel: 10% regional and global travel is expected
