Join our dynamic EMEA HQ team as an Omnichannel Ecosystem Manager! In this pivotal role you will drive implementation and adoption of our marketing and sales platforms – Marketing Cloud (our marketing automation platform), Health Cloud (our CRM system) and Pitcher (our sales enablement tool). You will be responsible for designing and implementing omnichannel campaign in close collaboration with cross-functional and cross-regional teams. You will play an instrumental role in designing customer and campaign journeys to maximize our impact at both B2C and B2B customers. By identifying right KPIs and reporting tools, you will be helping marketing and sales team to improve productivity and drive efficiency.

This role can be based in any one of our EMEA Locations including France, Germany , Sweden , Belgium, Italy.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Injection marketing manager and campaign manager to implement regional omnichannel marketing campaigns.

  • Take the lead in implementing regional and local online marketing campaigns. From asset creation to campaign configuration, you’ll ensure seamless execution within the Marketing Cloud environment.

  • Be the first point of contact for marketing platforms (Marketing Cloud, Pitcher) for marketers and content providers. Develop and lead required training to help them to leverage these tools effectively.

  • Collaborate with commercial effectiveness team to align on integrated sales and marketing effort for any omnichannel campaign.

  • Partner with analytics and local/regional marketing teams to identify KPIs and reporting needs.

  • Build robust reporting and dashboard infrastructure to track campaign performance and analytics. Continuously monitor results, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

  • Create regular reports on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations to marketers and sales manager.

  • Partner with marketers to run A/B testing for email campaigns and landing pages.

  • Manage patient and HCP database. Identify different segmentation criteria based on audience behavior, demographic, geographic, psychographic characteristics, etc.

  • Help local market to build and grow their customer database through organic efforts.

  • Ideate and execute various email marketing campaigns.

  • Ensure GDPR compliance while executing email marketing/omnichannel campaigns and collecting data.

  • Navigate and adapt the needs across different cultures and countries for global/regional campaigns.

  • Stay up to date with developments in digital / social media technology and platforms, generate new ideas and provide perspective for adoption where appropriate.

  • Provide knowledge, leadership, and find solutions with a hungry mindset to design & deliver world-class communication with strong outcomes for the benefit of the diabetes community.

  • Identify lead management process in close collaboration with Injection marketing manager and commercial effectiveness manager, develop nurturing strategy accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Min 5 Years of experience in digital / web / social media project management or marketing, preferably in medical/pharmaceutical industry.

  • First-hand experience in communications platforms such Marketo, marketing Cloud, Sprout Social, Salesforce

  • Successful track record of having deployed omnichannel campaigns.

  • Experience from marketing/media agency is a plus.

  • Excellent writing skills in English, additional languages are considered as an advantage.

  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and web traffic metrics and Google, YouTube, Social analytics

  • Strong experience working with marketing technology platforms, and analytics/reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI etc.

  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management

  • Deep understanding of communications channels and content management

  • Good understanding of content development and target audience generation

  • Strong knowledge on HTML and CSS

  • Ability to work with all levels in organization including leadership level.

  • Ability to work cross functionally and across multiple functions,

  • Results-oriented, with demonstrated ability to multi-task; capable of managing and driving the completion of multiple projects.

  • Ability to make data-driven decisions, curious in understanding the marketing link to business results.

  • Familiarity with SharePoint management is a plus.
