Anoka-Hennepin Schools Summer Workers - Secretaries - Middle Schools in Anoka, Minnesota

SECRETARIES - SUMMER PROGRAM - MIDDLE SCHOOLS 6 temporary summer worker secretarial positions available for summer school. DATES & SUMMER HOURS: June 12 - June 28 Wednesday, June 12 - set up day; 7.5 hours Monday, June 17 - Friday, June 21; 4.25 hours per day; NO SCHOOL June 19 Monday, June 24 - Friday, June 28; 4.25 hours per day 4.25 hours per day, plus up to 8 additional hours as needed by the Assistant Principal which includes summer school set-up day and after-school training of up to 4 hours. Total hours 46.25. HOURS: 7:15am - 11:30am (exact hours may vary). Assignments will be made based on student needs SITES: Anoka Middle, Coon Rapids Middle, Jackson Middle, Oak View Middle, and Roosevelt Middle PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Receptionist - point of contact for the site. Provide general clerical support for summer site including: Answering phones; clerical support; attendance; contacting parents, copying; staff support, manage Synergy database (updates, class rosters, and enrollment, etc.), and other duties as assigned by the Assistant Principal. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent. Good communication and public relation skills; knowledge of Synergy system preferred. Must be physically working in the building. RATE OF PAY: New Hires $17.00/hour.; Current Secretaries accepting summer school secretarial employment shall be paid at their regular rate through their summer assignment. "Regular Hourly Rate" shall not include stipends for certificates. Summer employment does not affect eligibility for insurance, vacation, sick leave, or any other benefit. Assignments will be made based on students needs. ACTIVE CASUAL HOURS AS NEEDED BASED ON ENROLLMENT. POSITIONS MAY BE FILLED IMMEDIATELY.
