Sr. Compliance Tester Remote - USA,USA Position Summary Execute testing across business units for adherence to federal and state regulatory requirements, and assist the manager in leading the compliance review. Essential Duties • Bring issues to attention of compliance and business management. • Inspect documents, records, disclosures, systems, and report to verify compliance and identify trends or weaknesses in business processes. • Evaluate business policies, procedures, training, and processes with respect to regulatory requirements. • Execute enterprise-wide compliance testing program. • Monitor and test business action plans established to correct deficiencies. • Compile and maintain work papers and supporting documentation of tests and findings. Position Requirements • Education Required: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, legal, or related field - In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in testing, quality assurance, and/or audit • Experience Required: • 4+ years of experience in Compliance, Financial Services, Risk, and/or BSA/AML testing • Transactional and Control testing • Consumer experience required • Details on required experience: 4+ years of experience in Compliance, Financial Services, Risk, and/or BSA/AML testing, Transactional and Control testing, Consumer experience required • Details on functional knowledge: • Details on Specialized or Technical knowledge: • Company/Industry related knowledge: • Other qualifications or skills such as – Behave Ethically: Understand ethical behavior and business practices and ensure own behavior and the behavior of others is consistent with these standards and aligns with the values of the organization Build Relationships: Establish and maintain positive working relationships with others both internally and externally to achieve the goals of the organization.
