System Engineer III

Candidate must have an active TS/SCI w/ Poly

Key Tasks :

s Demodulate signals (and identify trends/patterns) from various sources including Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) devices

s Responsible for developing demodulation algorithms for modern communication technologies

s Deinterleave collected signals as necessary

s Experience with developing and implementing DSP algorithms

s Fluency with basics of signals and how to process them including modulation, demodulation, filtering, and spectral analysis

Required Skills:

s Experience with MODERN communication and DSP technologies

s Intermediate MATLAB, C, C++, LINUX, PYTHON programming skills

s Background in image and signal processing, both algorithm design and implementation (image scaling, deinterlacing, deinterleaving, frame rate conversion

Required Education/Certifications:

s Six (6) years of systems engineering experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. See Appendix B for degree equivalencies and relevancy.
