Kaizen Approach, Inc Software Configuration Manager in Annapolis Junction, Maryland

Are you looking for a great environment that will help you to grow in your career? We are currently looking for a seasoned Software Configuration Manager to help support both systems administration and the development of lifecycle tools. In this role you will also help provide continuity and documentation while working alongside customer and development teams. Requirements:

  • Familiarity with the following:

  • HP Service Manager

  • IBM Rational ClearCase and ClearQuest

  • IBM Rational Software Architect

  • IBM Rational Manual Tester

  • IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management to include CCM, QM and RM

  • IBM Tivoli Storage Manager

  • IBM DB2 Back end database creation and backup

  • Programming experience such as, JavaScript or Perl

  • Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems

  • Strong communication, documentation, problem-solving skills

  • Experience leading technical teams

  • Ten (10) years of software engineering, systems engineering, or configuration management experience

  • Certified in CompTIA Security +

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in technical, business discipline, or a directly related field from an accredited college or university

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph

Highly Preferred:

  • CASPORT services

  • Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert resolution

  • Apache Tomcat
