Belay Technologies Senior Systems Engineer in Annapolis Junction, Maryland

Belay Technologies is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (SWE) to support the Data Normalization & Automation (DNA) TTO which provides normalization of cyber security data and automation of threat intelligence. The engineer will provide data or process modeling support for modeling cyber data into a common data model. The successful candidate will be responsible for modeling new concepts into a standard data model to satisfy compliance, storage and retrieval concerns, and reviewing mappings into the model. They will have the following skills/experience :

Candidates should have the following qualifications:   

  • TS/SCI with polygraph is required

  • Hands-on experience with XML/XSD,

  • Experience with data or process abstraction, or database design experience

  • Critical reasoning

  • Strong communication skills

  • Familiarity with agency data formats ( UC124, CCDF, TSDF)

  • Experience building conceptual or logical models

  • Familiarity with cyber security data is useful.
