Red Arch Solutions Associate AWS Training Operations Associate in Annapolis Junction, Maryland

Red Arch Solutions is seeking an entry level Associate AWS Training and Certification Training Operations Program Manager to join our team with our Maryland customer. Please note this requires 1 year of experience in a team coordination role and the required DOD (Department of Defense) clearance is noted below. This role is an onsite role located in Maryland.

Position Overview: 

The Role will orchestrate the day-to-day operations of regions/verticals within Government business. The successful candidate for this role is a self-starter who can complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance. This individual is able to react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, switch gears at a moment's notice, and take effective action without having to know the total picture.

The individual will engage directly with the customer and help them realize the immense benefits derived through training their teams to enable their move to the cloud. This role is focused on accelerating the Training and Certification journey, maximizing customer value, delivering a frictionless experience, and ensuring our customers capture the full potential and sustainable business advantages of migrating to the AWS cloud.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute both repeatable and dynamic tasks related to class management and training support.

  • Drive/create process improvement initiatives that benefit external and internal customers

  • Manage weekly metrics and provide management information as required (e.g. forecasts, booking take-up, instructor utilization, course evaluation summaries, course sales, etc.).

  • Keep up to date with the different platforms and tools we work with, such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, Salesforce and various tracking and reporting mechanisms.

  • Assist as required with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions related to public and private onsite training and billing.

  • Manage regional operating budget, including purchase orders, invoicing and tracking between unclass and classified systems.

  • Audit data to ensure its accuracy.

  • Liaise with Technical Training Program Managers, and Business Development Managers to support onsite training engagements and large-scale events: scheduling instructors, liaising with legal department regarding contracting, liaising with customer about student registrations and class logistics, supporting the AR team with customer setup and billing. 

  • Manage virtual class setup and delivery on Go-To-Training or Webex platforms. Assist customers with student registration questions and day of delivery issues.

  • Support internal enablement programs e.g. scheduling and coordinating presenters for internal training classes, scheduling and coordinating internal online training courses, tracking attendance and collecting feedback.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

  • T/S SCI with polygraph.

  • Currently possess or able/willing to acquire and maintain an US security clearance.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

  • 1 year of experience in a team coordination position.

  • 1 year of experience using MS Office based tools; Excel spreadsheets and ability to navigate and interpret data. #CJ
