CACI is seeking a motivated and independent individual to serve as our Administrative Assistant. Individuals in this role must be organized, customer service oriented, and independent. You will be responsible for support of program business and functional operations. You will support the Program Manager in planning, monitoring, and maintaining healthy operations of a SCIF. Excellent verbal, written, and customer service skills are required.

More About the Role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for 300+ SCIF “residents”

  • Coordinate and facilitate new employee and resident arrivals including managing the SCIF seating chart

  • Coordinates badging, security briefing, and IT briefing/setup for new residents

  • Supports offboarding processes for departing residents

  • Serves as primary point of contact for vendors who lease SCIF space

  • Manages and updates Master Service Agreements with SCIF space vendors on an annual basis

  • Creates and sends monthly invoices to vendors with SCIF seats

  • Triage and direct emergency/on-call incidents to appropriate personnel such as facilities maintenance, security, or IT, as needed (not as primary on-call person)

  • Coordinate purchase requests and delivery/restocking of supplies for the SCIF’s amenities (e.g., break rooms, kitchens, cleaning supplies)

  • Support resident requests regarding Conference Rooms or other common areas (e.g., opening/closing divider walls)

  • In conjunction with IT, Security, etc. prepare and place purchase requests for equipment as necessary (e.g., printers, computers, phones)

  • Prepare status reports as applicable documenting SCIF occupancy rates, inbound/outbound residents, incidents, etc.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications :

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with FSP.

  • High School Diploma is required.

  • 3+ years of professional work experience is required.

  • 1+ years of customer service or customer-facing roles is required.

  • Familiarity with classified projects and information is required.

  • Familiarity with functioning of a SCIF is required.

  • Demonstrate expertise with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Teams etc.)

  • Ability to plan and execute work independently

  • Exceptional client interaction skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

  • Information Assurance certification (CWIP IAT Level I)

$45,400 - $90,900
