Job Description

CVS Health is looking for a dynamic Human Resources

professional to join our team. The Senior Advisor-HR Business Partner will provide strategic and tactical guidance to Retail Field Leadership teams in the development and implementation of business plans. Operating within an HR business partner consulting model, the role is directly, or in partnership with other HR centers of excellence, responsible for area of focus including but not limited to the following: performance management, organizational effectiveness, talent management, training and development, compensation and compliance..

Responsible for building strong relationships within all levels of the organization to proactively develop and execute human capital plans that will positively impact the company and achieve both business and organizational goals.

In this role you must have the ability to influence and coach at all levels of the organization. The ability to contribute to the design and implementation of HR strategies, programs, and processes in support of the overall business strategy is a must. The individual must have experience in performance law and overall HR business programs to support the business.

The Human Resources Business Partner support retail districts in the western part of the US and must live within territory boundaries. States are not limited to: North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, and Georgia. You must have the ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of HRBP or HR Generalist experience

  • Ability to travel up to 50%

  • Great verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to pick up new systems quickly

  • Must live in the North Carolina, Virginia, or Georgia area

Preferred Qualifications

  • Employee or Labor Relations experience

  • Experience working in a retail environment

  • Union experience with collective bargaining

Education

  • Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
