Property Maintenance Technician

A fraternity and sorority housing management company in Ann Arbor is looking for a Property Maintenance Technician.

What you'll be doing as a Property Maintenance Technician

  • Start your day by reviewing and prioritizing work orders for the 17 houses. Address urgent issues first, such as safety hazards or essential repairs affecting occupants.
  • Perform any carpentry repairs, drywall patching, any minor electrical, plumbing, or HVAC issues or painting needed to maintain or improve the houses. This might include fixing doors, windows, cabinets, or other structural elements.
  • As needed, perform ground maintenance tasks such as mowing lawns, trimming bushes, or clearing walkways to ensure the exterior of the houses looks presentable.
  • Be available for on-call duty as per the rotation schedule, responding promptly to any emergency maintenance requests outside of regular working hours.
