KLA-Tencor Corporation Product Installation Engineer (YHPIEAA) in Ann Arbor, Michigan

Responsible for the installation of new KLA technologies. Evaluate, analyze, diagnose and fix technical equipment problems related to installation. Repair issues using standard procedures or innovate new solutions to resolve system problems. Solve sophisticated system level problems and follow procedures to provide consistent results within specified cycle times. Prepare field service reports and daily pass-downs on installation progress and non-conformances. Contribute to post-activity Quality Feedback Reports. Provide mentorship and technical assistance at customer sites. Provide phone and on-site support for junior engineers. Travel to various unanticipated sites throughout the U.S. required. May telecommute. Salary range: $92,934.40 - $118,300 per year.

Job Requirements:  Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Applied Mechanics or related field (or foreign equivalent) and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in an engineering-related occupation.
