Lead and facilitate seamless integration of ERP systems by analyzing business requirements and designing, coding, and implementing robust solutions.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance.  Develop data interfaces and deploy scalable integration solutions for evolving business needs.  Document software processes and updates. Maintain deployed software applications.  Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement in ERP system integration.  Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior developers to maintain high-quality standards in integration development.  Use SQL, PeopleSoft, and object-oriented programming languages.  Write and maintain documentation to capture integration processes, aiding in knowledge transfer and future troubleshooting.
