KLA-Tencor Corporation Electrical Design Engineer (DOAEDEAA) in Ann Arbor, Michigan

Design, develop and integrate electronic hardware for products in the advancing semiconductor industry. Define and implement electrical requirements and architecture for subsystems, components, modules and features. Specifically, support the development of subsystem architecture for PCBs, electronics controls equipment, schematics, control system, power distribution systems, electrical system layout, and/or system grounding scheme. Calculate the electrical load of subsystems. Conduct feasibility studies and various analysis, such as analog circuitry, timing, thermal/cooling, electrical loads and FPGA modeling. Complete the electrical design process with design review, prototype, assembly, debug test of electrical/mechanical/optical assemblies. Diagnose problems and devise solutions for complex problems. Work with vendors and internal teams to improve material quality, procure, and release parts. Apply electrical engineering principles. May telecommute. Salary range: $88,825-$115,600 per year.

 

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Sciences, Math, Physics, or related field (or foreign equivalent).
