Description NSF is seeking an experienced Director, Management Systems Certification for our Business Unit which encompasses Aerospace, Automotive, and ISO certification services. As the Director, Management Systems Certification, you will be responsible for the overall operations of the Business Unit; working directly with the team to execute business unit plans and goals, working directly with clients, and promoting growth in our Management Systems Certification division. Principal Accountabilities include, but are not limited to: Full P&L responsibility Develop and execute business unit strategy and budget Work across functional and business horizontals to promote program growth Maintain schemes and services within business unit and provide technical expertise Serve as industry leaders to build brand recognition Accountable for large 'key' customer oversight Promote IATF, AS 91XX and ISO 9001, 14001, RC14001, 45001, Forestry and eWaste program growth Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 8+ Years of experience in the industry (Aerospace, Automotive, and/or QHSE) P&L Management Experience Experience with a certification body is preferred. Salary Range: $137,000 USD - $231,000 USD The total pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At NSF, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. #LI-DNI
