Robert Half Digital Marketing Specialist in ANN ARBOR, Michigan
Our reputable Ann Arbor based client is seeking a knowledgeable Digital Marketing Specialist that will be navigating the ins and outs of marketing strategy, analysis and campaign execution. Essential to the job are both a customer-first mindset and experience improving online customer experiences, implementing marketing technology solutions, and following inbound marketing practices. Responsibilities include planning and implementing digital initiatives that support the sales and marketing strategies of our client. The Marketing Manager will support you in overseeing the company's brand image and voice through the development of strategies and content across the digital landscape of owned sites, social media, partner platforms and paid media.
Your responsibilities in this role
Create content that will engage the company's customers and partners
Oversee all digital marketing strategy and tactics - working with design, video and content team to implement digital media
Maintain project timeline and status and communicate updates regularly for digital projects
Monitor digital marketing campaign performance through analytics reports
Meet objectives in customer acquisition, growth and retention, and reactivation by planning and executing digital marketing initiatives based on the sales and marketing strategy- Create strategies and tests to optimize spend and performance of paid digital campaigns
Identify opportunities to enhance the company's website through creative landing pages, blog posts and SEO
Work with creative and technology vendor partners to meet expectations on brand compliance, deadlines and budget
Manage all HubSpot marketing campaigns, creating lists, managing lists, and overseeing all email marketing campaigns
Help with other project tasks related to print, direct mail and data management as needed
Own and improve the social media presence of the company
Expert in SEO/SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email marketing, Digital Ad displays, HubSpot, Salesforce CRM
Prior experience managing strategic multichannel marketing and maintaining digital brand consistency
Expert HubSpot user - required
Experience with driving traffic to a company's main site and enhancing the frontline customer journey
- Striking statistics in setting up digital brands with strong ROI
Ability to work onsite in Ann Arbor office at least 3 days per week
- Grasp of Content Management System (CMS) & Digital Marketing System (DMS)
