Job Description/Preferred Qualifications The KLA Brand Creative team is looking for a Creative Program Manager to help KLA build and extend its global brand experience. You bring consistency to the company's brand expression across forms, you understand the value of process and drive the implementation of the tactical consistencies of the brand.In this role you will:
Grow brand equity, by being the primary point of contact to intake and evaluate requests for brand collateral
Establish and implement a formal process for creative brief submission, evaluation and execution on multi-disciplinary projects (digital, environmental, online and out of home advertising, traditional print, sales collateral, technical, corporate brand collateral, environments)
Establish, distribute, and maintain, corporate brand guidelines, brand education, self-service templates, brand creative processes, and brand creative tools
Lead and develop branded collateral across all mediums and regions globally
Handle a digital library of brand assets that will be accessible globally to all employees internally, as well as vendors or partners externally
Lead assignments from initial kick off concepts, to content creation, to final file hand off and production
Assist with management of creative teams for the internal global regions and third-party agencies
Work directly with the brand creative and marketing and communication leadership teams to critique new creative projects and evaluate ongoing brand expressions for quality and efficiency

Ability to evaluate a branded ecosystem from a high-level emotional impression down to the tactical consistency of the brand
Ability to lead and distribute brand assets internally and externally
Identify and assist in the creation of templates, guidelines, and brand related education for employees globally
Providing mentorship on creative requests or projects across all levels of the organization
