KLA-Tencor Corporation Business Process Analyst (SATBPAAA) in Ann Arbor, Michigan

Work with business units in analyzing, identifying and recording business processes. Recommend new ideas and/or efficiency opportunities. Work on and coordinate several key SAP deliverables and manage related issues, enhancements and projects. Responsible for the system configuration (PP, MM and APO) to support moderately complex transactions in SAP software. Translate user requirements into SAP functionality, manage UAT and identifies resulting gaps. Main systems to support include SAP CRM Service and SAP ECC. Work with the line-of-business to determine requirements and write functional requirements specified in an appropriate level of detail. Lead and conduct requirements gathering sessions with end customers. Provide a business process engineering perspective during design review for projects. Document all BKMs, and provide support as needed. Project roll-out in preparing test plans, training documents and conducting UAT. Demonstrate accomplishments under challenging situations and constraints. Develop solutions for Service and other business functions to improve operational excellence, grow revenue and improve customer satisfaction. Deliver rich and powerful solutions that drive substantially improved decision speed and quality and enable substantial improvement in business results. Work and communicate with the line of business, collecting and analyzing requirements, creating project plans, developing application solutions, and following through to ensure successful adoption and that targeted value is fully realized. Salary range: $127,926-$142,500 per year.

 

Job Requirements: Master's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or foreign equivalent), plus 2 year of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related (or foreign equivalent), plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
