Eisenhower Center Behavior Analyst in Ann Arbor, Michigan

The Behavioral Analyst (BA) will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments and skills assessments for EC residents. Upon completion of these assessment measures, the BA will develop, implement, and ensure the efficacy of behavioral intervention plans and skills-acquisition protocols. The BA is to ensure the effective implementation of all treatment plans and programming for residents on their caseload
Behavior Analyst Role and Responsibilities:
  • Provide supervision, mentoring, management of scheduling and documentation reviews of Behavior Technicians (BT)
  • Provide ongoing support for clients in a residential setting
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments, skills assessments and data analysis
  • Develop treatment plans (including behavioral intervention and skill-acquisition plans)
  • Implement data collections, review, and modify treatment according to data.
  • Document progress and update treatment plans
  • Oversee assessments, plan development, and ongoing program data analysis of all team members of the Behavioral Program to ensure maximum efficacy and client progress
  • Provide Supervision of BTs assigned to clients on caseload
  • Develop and conduct staff trainings, as assigned
  • Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary, program management, health education and leadership teams
Behavior Analyst Requirements:
  • Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, MLP, LPC, Social Work, or related field.
  • Experience with adults with developmental disabilities
  • Experience developing, writing, implementing, and evaluating behavioral programs
  • Experience training staff in behavioral analytic principles and procedures
  • Critical thinking, problem solving, and strong computer skills
