We are looking for experienced candidates to join our extraordinary team of engineers and scientists working on innovative inspection tools for the semiconductor industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for: a) Product Development: Characterization of next generation state-of-the art semiconductor reticle inspection products. This includes designing test plans, collecting data, performing analysis, publishing results and recommendations in the form of applications notes and best-known methods.

b) Customer Support: Product value demonstration during beta testing, head-to-head (H2H) and tools in the ramp phase, thereby enabling product penetration/adoption at customer facilities.

This includes investigating semiconductor manufacturing yield issues and providing inspection solutions: Creating & sharing product value statements and use-cases with engineering, marketing and sales groups; training customers and other applications engineers.

c) Use-case Demos: Conduct new tool demonstrations to showcase tool performance and develop use cases to help drive tool sales. Worldwide travel (on average 10-60%) is required to support inspection products at customer sites.

Minimum Qualifications Doctorate (Academic) Degree with 3 years of work experience. OR Master's Level Degree with 6 years of work experience. OR Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years.

BS, MS, or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Optical Science/Engineering and Physics or related studies.
