ManpowerGroup Administrative Assistant in ANN ARBOR, Michigan

Our premier clients in Washtenaw County are currently seeking experienced and organized individuals to work as Administrative Assistants! These are long-term temporary and temp-to-hire opportunities that start immediately. Apply today!

Location: Washtenaw County (Ann Arbor, Saline, Dexter, Ypsilanti, and surrounding cities)

Compensation: $18 -22 per hour, depending on role – WEEKLY PAY!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support company/organization departments, teams, and leadership

  • Perform a high-level of customer service. Manage multiple email boxes and calendars, schedule, expense reports, and billing

  • Correspond with clients/customers via email and phone

  • Plan meetings and create agendas

  • Create accurate and effective communications and presentations

Here’s What You Need To Apply:

  • HS Diploma/GED required

  • Associate, Bachelor, or higher degree OR equivalent working experience in a related field are preferred

  • At least 1-2 years of administrative/clerical experience

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and moderate computer literacy required

  • Ability to take initiative, prioritize, manage multiple assignments with competing deadlines, and follow through on job responsibilities

  • Some positions require immunizations; a drug screen and background check are required for all positions through Manpower
