This Job is a Unique Opportunity to:

Help customers to grow, with access to some of the most experienced marking and coding industry experts in your own team, then being part of our Videojet sales team could be right up your street. As the OEM Account Manager you will be responsible for the Central and Eastern Anatolia regions.

Within your role, you will:

After a robust training and onboarding plan that will be tailored to enable you to ramp up successfully, your responsibility will include:

  • Secure and grow revenue within an agreed region by selling the Videojet product range to existing and new customers,

  • Participate in regional/national trade shows and onsite equipment demonstrations at customers’ sites.

  • Promote a variety of finance and service agreements to our customers.

We are looking for a professional who is:

  • Sales Orientated – driven by the challenge of developing new/existing OEM customers or finding untapped opportunities to grow their business.

  • Think outside of the box – look at problems and approaches work with innovation at the forefront of their mind.

  • Great Teammate – relationship savvy people who intentionally make connections with both internal partners and external contacts.

  • Customer-Oriented - builds dedication and trust. Evaluates customers needs and deliver technical solutions.

Your education and background experience will include:

  • A proven record in Account Management, ideally in Multinational Corporations

  • The ability to build win-win and sustainable relationships with OEM customers

  • Excellent listening skills and ability to understand and interpret customer needs and handle their expectations.

  • Fluency in Turkish and English.

  • Knowledge of a CRM (preferably SFDC) would be plus

  • Excellent attention to detail.
