POZİSYON ÖZETİ

  • Kalite standartlarını sağlamak için kat görevlisi tarafından odalar temizlendikten sonra konuk odaları, ortak kullanım alanları, havuz, vb kontrol eder.

  • Satılan odaların raporunu alır, oda statülerini doğrular, çelişkili odaları çözümler, öncelikli temizlik isteyen odaları belirler, çıkış yapan odaları belirler ve oda statülerini günceller.

  • Günlük aktivitelerde Kat Hizmetleri yönetimine assiste eder.

  • Kat Hizmetleri, Teknik Servis, Ön Büro ve Çamaşırhaneyle irtibata geçerek bu departmanlarla koordinasyonlu çalışır.

  • Çelişkili odaları belgeler ve Ön Büro departmanına bilgisini verir.

  • Dokümanları hazırlar, atamaları yapar ve dağıtır.
