The Customer Service Specialist role will report to the Sales Operations and Marketing Manager, with responsibility for the process from order entry to daily shipment of goods, reporting, purchasing responsibility, getting quotations from suppliers following the purchasing process according to SOP and current or potential future business procedures whilst supporting good governance, compliance & effective administration of the operations for HACH TURKEY.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
Entering all customer orders into the local ERP system and creating new customers & new stock codes in the system in coordination with finance
Prepare daily shipments in the ERP system to customers according to their delivery date needs and stock availability of the goods, including delivery of spare parts to Technical Service Team located all over Turkey.
Create monthly orders for truck loading
Generation of service leads in the Salesforce CRM platform.
Follow-up stock & backlog operations and preparation of monthly stock report
Sending weekly orders list at least 3 times a week to the Sales Team and preparing sales & order reports from the ERP system when needed,
Negotiations with suppliers, getting quotations from them following the purchasing process according to SOP and entering purchasing delivery notes into the system
The essential requirements of the job include:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service or a similar customer support role with a degree from a related discipline
Being familiar with import and export processes and with global customer service standards
Good English level.
Good Excel and ERP system (Logo, Tiger) knowledge preferable and be familiar with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.

Müşteri Hizmetleri Uzmanı, Satış Operasyon ve Pazarlama Müdürü'ne bağlı olarak çalışacak olup, sipariş girişinden günlük malzeme sevkiyatına kadar olan süreçten, raporlamadan, SOP ve mevcut veya gelecekteki potansiyel iş prosedürlerine göre satın alma sürecini takip ederek tedarikçilerden teklif almaktan ve HACH TÜRKİYE operasyonlarının iyi yönetilmesi ve uyumluluğundan sorumlu olacaktır.
Ana Sorumluluklar :
Tüm müşteri siparişlerini lokal ERP sistemine girmek ve finans ile koordineli olarak sistemde yeni müşteriler ve yeni stok kodları oluşturmak
Tüm Türkiye genelinde çalışan Teknik Servis Ekibine yedek parça teslimatı da dahil olmak üzere, müşterilerin teslimat tarihlerine göre ve malzemelerin stok durumuna göre ERP sisteminde günlük sevkiyatları hazırlamak.
Tır yüklemesi için aylık siparişler oluşturmak
Salesforce CRM platformunda servis taleplerinin oluşturulması.
Stok ve bekleyen sipariş işlemlerinin takibi ve aylık stok raporunun hazırlanması
Haftalık sipariş listesinin haftada en az 3 kez Satış Ekibine gönderilmesi ve gerektiğinde ERP sisteminden satış & sipariş raporlarının hazırlanması,
SOP'a göre satın alma sürecini takip ederek tedarikçilerle görüşmek, onlardan teklif almak ve satın alma irsaliyelerini sisteme girmek
İşin temel gereklilikleri şunlardır:
Müşteri hizmetleri veya benzer bir müşteri destek rolünde en az 3 yıllık deneyim ve ilgili bir bölümden mezun olmak
İthalat ve ihracat süreçleri ve küresel müşteri hizmetleri standartları hakkında bilgi sahibi olmak
İyi derecede İngilizce bilmek.
Tercihen iyi bir Excel ve ERP sistemi (Logo, Tiger) bilgisi ve Salesforce gibi CRM platformlarına vakıf olmak.
