CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Bachelor degree in Tourism and Hotel Management, or related major,

  • Fluency in Turkish & English is required,

  • At least 3 years experiences in sales ,

  • Strong communication skills,

  • Opera knowledge is an asset.

POSITION SUMMARY

  • Proactively identifies, qualifies and solicits new business to achieve personal and hotel revenue goals.

  • Targets accounts, markets and segments with heavy emphasis on proactive solicitation and account saturation based on market deployment as assigned sales leadership.

  • Drives customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer each customer experience.

  • Conducts site inspections.

  • Uses negotiation skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts.
