Analista de Processos Júnior

  • Definir ou Analisar processos operacionais, definição de fluxos, identificação de entradas e saídas (SIPOC), interfaces com outras áreas (RASIC), restrições e limitações existentes;

  • Executar auditorias internas com focos diversos (Processos, 5S e outras);

  • Mapeamento de riscos e Analise de causa raíz

  • Preparar apresentações de resultados, apresentação e gráficos

  • Controlar o desenvolvimento do Plano de ação e follow-up times de operações;

  • Atuar com processo de melhoria continua(Kaizen), seja como responsável, ou suporte;

  • Conduzir estudos de tempos e métodos entre as operações para definição de capacidades produtivas;

  • Prestar suporte à Operação com o objetivo de solucionar problemas internos e externos via chamados;

  • Ministrar treinamentos/orientações/comunicados sobre novas funcionalidades, modificações e melhorias;

  • Elaborar documentos internos (procedimentos, fluxos, instruções de trabalho, lay-out’s e etc) que sirvam como ferramenta operacional;

  • Preparar e Atualizar relatórios de Data Studio;

  • Realizar Macro e automações com Google Apps Script;

  • Extrair relatórios em SQL;

  • Prestar suporte às lideranças operacionais para solução de problemas de maior complexidade;

  • Auxiliar as equipes transversais, fornecendo informações quanto às melhores práticas operacionais, visando o melhor controle e andamento dos projetos;

EXPERIÊNCIA REQUIRIDA

  • Ter atuado em operações ou com análise de processos, preferencialmente serviços/atividades;

  • Superior Completo

EXPERIÊNCIA DESEJÁVEL

  • Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Ferramentas da Qualidade ou mapeamento de processo

  • Experiência com Auditorias e construção de procedimentos

  • Ferramentas GSuite (principalmente Planilhas e Slides)

  • DataStudio, Tableau, PowerBI, ou software similar - Usamos o DataStudio

  • Inglês ou Espanhol
