Our client, one of the largest Organization in the U.S., is looking for a Logistics Fulfilment Practitioner to work remotely. The candidate will be responsible for Logistics Fulfilment Practitioner Client Context Client’s a leading e-commerce organization with a relentless focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Location: 100% Remote

Job Description:

  • Logistics Fulfilment Practitioner Client Context Client’s a leading e-commerce organization with a relentless focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Their commitment to excellence extends to every facet of our business, including their logistics operations.

  • As they continue to scale, they are seeking a Logistics Fulfilment Practitioner to support our operations in inventory management, order fulfilment, and inbound order processing exceptions.

  • Position Summary the Logistics Fulfilment Practitioner will be a critical team member responsible for supporting day-today logistics operations and fulfilling both customer and seller needs.

  • The candidate will focus on exception and aging reviews, root cause analyses, and process improvements, while also contributing to ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Exception & Aging Review (75%, approx. 6 hrs/day) -

Root Cause Analysis:

Identify the underlying causes of escalated issues and recommend appropriate solutions.

Cross-Team Coordination:

Partner with other departments to resolve customer and seller issues, ensuring effective follow-up and closure of all escalations and order exceptions.

Research & Tools:

Utilize internal and external systems to perform basic research at the order/package level to facilitate resolutions.

Process Improvement :

Continuously look for opportunities to identify ongoing issues and eliminate repeat order exceptions, thus improving the overall operational process and enhancing customer and seller experience.

Compliance & Quality:

Adhere to established guidelines and procedures to meet and exceed department standards for quality service.

Vendor Engagement:

  • Liaise with Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) to develop long-term strategies aimed at elevating the customer and seller experience.

  • Support Ad-hoc Projects and Initiatives (25%, approx. 2 hrs/day)

  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as required by business needs, contributing your expertise and innovative thinking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum years of experience in logistics fulfilment or related roles.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for order management and reporting.
