Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as the Program Integrator (PI) supporting Central Europe Global Patriot Programs including NATO Support and other Patriot partners. You will be working closely with, and influence the Patriot Product Line, functional team members, and other program offices. There is a high volume of proposal activity, supporting multiple Patriot partners and the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA).
Central Europe is a fast-growing portfolio, supporting established Patriot partners and emerging opportunities. This role supports a mix of primarily DCS contracts. You will assist with providing tactical direction for program execution and maintain program cadence to ensure contract and company requirements, deliverables, and reporting are met using the approved business model and management tools.
What You Will Do
Lead proposal execution for NSPA and other Central Europe programs, including development of pricing at multiple proposal stages, coordinating requests for information, negotiations, and agreement (in collaboration with Contracts)
Execute daily program cadence (battle rhythm) such as risk review boards, schedule performance management, customer reviews, IPT/CPT reviews, program management reviews (PMRs), staffing reviews, and decision reviews to achieve contract commitments
Prepare, revise, update, and monitor required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements, Integrated Product Development System (IPDS), Corporate and Business policies and procedures
Directly support the program risk and opportunity process in accordance with specific financial goals and obligations
Meeting business and contractual commitments including financial, technical, and schedule performance of assigned program(s) within contractual boundaries and company expectations
Develop program-enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations (typically organized into integrated product teams (IPTs) and/or cross product teams (CPTs)) including but not limited to Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support), and administrative functions
Coordinate customer program reviews, prepare for customer visits
Expected to support domestic and international travel as needed
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and minimum 7 years of experience is required
Experience with financial analysis tools and project management tools and/or systems
Experience leading cross-functional teams to include, but not limited to, any combination of the following: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support) and/or administrative functions
Experience preparing cost proposals and/or gate packages
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer
International program execution experience, Direct Commercial Sales experience is a plus
Demonstrated program execution experience managing program staffing, assignments and resources
Experience developing and reviewing cost proposals and synthesizing Proposal Review and Contract Start-up packages for management review and approval
Working knowledge of contract formation, execution, and management

This position is an onsite role, located in Andover, MA.
The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
