Cornerstone onDemand Senior People Services Associate in Remote, India

In This Role You Will:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business with minimum 2 years of HR experience.

  • Manage the generation of offer letters according to the requirements of the country.

  • Process the employee change request as required.

  • Ensure that the offboarding process adheres to the laws, guidelines, and practices of each country.

  • Facilitate the onboarding processes, including obtaining the candidate data needed for hiring and submitting it.

  • Requesting background checks from the vendor and sending pre-hire communications.

  • Employee folder management involves all current change processes, such as compensation, hiring, separation, personal details change, etc.

  • Working on the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.

  • Handle queries related to benefits, such as enrollment, life event modifications, and cancellation of enrollment.

You’ve Got What It Takes If You Have:

  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in similar role.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Hands on working Outlook, Excel and MS office.
