Job Description:

TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. has an opening in its Anderson, SC office for a Treasury Analyst that will perform daily tasks to support the TTIPE Treasury cash management function to ensure a continuous monitoring of the group's cash position. Primary Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily reconciliations of bank accounts (intra/previous day) and related G/L accounts.

  • Maintain wire invoice file and process for payment approval.

  • Prepare deposits for all companies.

  • Assist in Letters of Credit and Documents of Acceptance program administration.

  • Assist with quarterly employee tool sales and settle all credit card terminals at sale.

  • Monitor Canadian warranty check issuance and fund Canadian bank account.

  • Maintain positive cash balances by company by transferring inter-co balances monthly and initiating inter-co loans as necessary.

  • Prepare month-end cash journal entries for financial closing.

  • Prepare cash reconciliations for interim and year-end financial audits.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience

  • Basic Accounting principles
