SUMMARY: The Vice President, Finance is responsible for providing strategic oversight and leadership to support business growth and profitability goals of the Fuels business. As a member of the Fuels leadership team, the VP, Finance advises and provides insight on all aspects of financial affairs with a focus on strategy development and execution.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: * Direct and coordinate the company financial planning and budget management functions. * Analyze financial results with respect to profits, trends, cost, and compliance with budgets. * Establish, implement, and maintain the financial plans and policies of the organization, ensuring accountability for the performance and results of related units. * Develop and maintain overall accounting policies and controls. * Assist in long-range planning and advise the leadership team on financial affairs. * Stay current on financial matters and the potential impacts of current and future laws/regulations on the operation of the organization. * Develop revenue and expense budgets, understand financial reports, and manage financial responsibilities for departmental plans and organizational priorities. * Manage the preparation of financial reports, financial outlooks, and financial forecasts. * Participate in the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of key business and performance goals, short and long term strategic planning and objectives, plans, budgets, programs and policies. * Provide analytics for efficient team structure and performance. * Provide leadership team with ad hoc reports and analysis to assist in financial planning. * Lead, evaluate and develop financial staff to ensure the organization's accounting activities remain accurate, ethical, and consistent according to regulations, laws, and standards. * Oversee the daily operations to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary requirements.

JOB SCOPE: Position impacts multiple business units/segments.

WORKING CONDITIONS: Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature and the like. Extended use of a computer keyboard, viewing of a computer monitor and the ability to sit for long periods of time.
