Carrington Loss Mitigation Intake Processor, I in Anaheim, California

The Loss Mitigation Intake Processor I will be responsible for reviewing the Mortgage Assistance packages received from borrowers for all Loss Mitigation related programs including, but not limited to, loan modifications and short sales. Primary responsibilities consist of reviewing and validating documents in a timely manner to ensure compliance timelines are met in accordance with the Timely Borrower Notification process. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00.

What you'll do:

  • Review the Mortgage Assistance inbox for all loss mitigation related programs.

  • Distribute borrower related documents in a timely manner.

  • Ensure compliance with timely borrower notification process.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What you need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.

  • Zero to six months of experience processing residential mortgage loans, loss mitigation or other related field.

  • Basic understanding of HAMP and FHA requirements.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, etc.

  • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
