Job Title: 1st Shift Customer Service Representative

Location: Anaheim, CA 92805

Pay Rate: $23/hr

What's the Job?

  • 1st Shift- Mon- Fri from 8am- 5pm

  • Works with less complex accounts and assumes responsibility for entering and maintaining customer order fulfillment system utilizing word processing and spreadsheet applications.

  • Monitors the order process to ensure that customer deliveries are made according to commitments and within forecast allocation.

  • Receives and books orders in a timely and accurate manner/ Responds to customer inquiries and requests.

  • Prepares clear concise reports documentation and routine customer correspondence internally and externally.

What's Needed?

  • 2+ years of previous RECENT customer service experience in Manufacturing environment preferred

  • Ability to work with team members and receive direction/ guidance from supervisors.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to read, write, count, and distinguish.

  • Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
