Your key responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing, managing and growing the business; channel, key accounts and or regional territory. Responsible for promoting and selling a variety of solutions across business units; Savory, Sweet Goods and Beverage (subsegments such as: alt protein, alcohol beverage, dairy) and complete solutions to Food and Beverage customers

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to satisfy business plan objectives, as well as to maximize sales opportunities via a territory/account plans

  • Provides clients with general and specific information regarding product concepts, submission documents, and presentations

  • Issue comprehensive action reports as per clients briefs and proactively manage the project pipeline

  • Implements corporate commercial strategies including but not limited to delivering appropriate GM & PM according to pricing tool directives

  • Work with legal and corporate compliance on corporate agreements, standards and policies, contractual agreements

    You bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 4-7 years of sales experience , Flavor or related field (s)

  • Assertive and strong sales and negotiation skills

  • Technical experience preferred

  • Team Player that is able to work well in a collaborative environment

  • Diverse selling background across Food & Beverage Customers

  • Proven success with innovative selling styles through consultative approach. Ability to travel up to approximately 30-40%
