Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
The role of a Scrum Master supports multiple teams or individuals adopt and improve agile methods and practices. They ensure that the agreed agile process is followed. They also help to remove impediments and foster an environment for high performing team dynamics. The role supports the organization-wide adoption of Agile methodologies. Additionally, this role will require the management of products, typically (but not exclusively) involving the development and implementation of business processes to meet identified business needs, acquiring and utilizing the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of timescales and quality.
The adoption and adaptation of project management methodologies based on the context of the project and selecting appropriately from predictive (plan-driven) approaches or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches.

Scrum Master of multiple feature teams of the same product
Working closely with the Product Owners (backlog refinement, quarterly planning, manage dependencies)
Investigates operational needs and problems, and opportunities, contributing to the recommendation of improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes and organization
Manage release trains (manage branches, app versions, code freeze)
Dependency management cross feature teams and across other adidas products
Generates, produces and distributes reports
Uses measurement tools for routine analysis of data
Identifies and implements improvements to data collection methods
Assists with the compilation of portfolio, program and project management reports.
Maintains program and project files from supplied actual and forecast data.
Requirements definition and management:
Assists in the definition and management of requirements.
Uses standard techniques to elicit, specify, and document requirements for simple subject areas with clearly-defined boundaries.
Assists in the creation of a requirements baseline and in investigating and applying authorized requests for changes to base-lined requirements, in line with change management policy.
What we are looking for:
5+ years experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach
Proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Experience with remote teams across multiple locations
Preferred background in software development
Fluent spoken and written command of English
Four-year college or university degree with focus on IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
