The Department & Team

The Outlet team is part of the PVH European Omnichannel department based in Amsterdam, and it’s an area of the business that has grown steadily during recent years. The team is divided into production, planning, merchandizing, operations and commercial and works closely with country teams and the broader PVH organization.

The Outlet business is a unique combination of sales channel (retail outlet) and product division (own production, supply chain etc). It is a very dynamic environment; being part of it gives team members the ability to see the full supply chain process (production-warehouse-store). Team members enjoy lots of ownership and opportunities to collaborate with other departments and teams.

The Outlet Operations team manages supply chain of own production and licensed merchandize to PVH (TH, CKJ, CKU) Owned & Operated, as well as franchise outlet stores in Europe (+Russia and Turkey). To support the operational processes and complete the team, we are looking for a talented and driven Coordinator. This role plays an integral part in our operations, and is perfect for someone who enjoys the fast pace of a thriving business while contributing to our unique team spirit.

The Position

This role sits at the core of business operations in one of the strongest sales channels of PVH. The Coordinator role impacts supply chain processes and affects business results of our outlet channel. Your day-to-day job translates into business results and you instantly see the value of your work. Pricing is at the core of every process outlet ops supports, and of every transaction made in outlet stores.

You will manage the pricing process for outlet with the goal of becoming an expert for all pricing questions and activities (seasonal pricing, rounding rules, commercial agreements, changes, price-referencing rules, licensed pricing, wholesale discount rules, pricing process at till, SAP pricing process etc). By navigating between excel files, SAP FMS and HANA/BW reports, you will strive for deep understanding of this are of operations as well as systems that support it.

The pricing process at PVH is constantly evolving so the role of a coordinator comes with plenty of learning (from process, technical and commercial point of views) and leaves room for initiative and improvement. You will enjoy exposure to and collaboration with many internal and external stakeholders (planning and merchandizing teams, country offices, stores, retail ops, process and development teams, IT, retail project teams etc). This makes it a wonderful opportunity for someone who wants to learn our business from the inside out. You will report directly into the Director, Outlet Operations, and will act as a support function to rest of operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pricing and master data maintenance for TH, CKJ and CKU outlet businesses; enable smooth functioning of merchandize flow to 200+ outlet stores in Europe

  • Pricing file maintenance & seasonal price upload for special production outlet CK and TH (incl. licensed product, clearance and others)

  • Master data maintenance – ensure completeness, correctness and timely delivery of all merchandizing attributes and other article master data

  • Drive pricing alignment and simplification between HQ and markets, central teams

  • Initiate pricing strategy for outlet and develop analytical tools to review prices impact on performance

  • Ensuring alignment between SAP and till system

  • Outlet support inbox management

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A natural sense and interest for numbers, processes and systems

  • Ideally 1 year + of experience working with business process, reporting, process mapping, pricing etc

  • Advanced Excel knowledge and ideally experience with ERP Systems such as SAP

  • Thriving on autonomous problem solving

  • Great team player who sees value in operational excellence

  • Strong communications skills and business acumen; able to quickly pivot between different departments and levels of the organisation

  • Ability to execute detailed tasks that require focus against deadlines

  • Appreciation for structuring workload and ability to navigate multiple projects and priorities

  • Enjoys simplifying complex processes and works towards standardization
