The Team

The project management team is a strategic project team, which sits within the Global Traceability, Packaging & Product Compliance department. This department ensures our products fulfil regulatory compliance and are fully traceable, acts to ensure product data integrity and sets the global packaging strategy to ensure optimization of cost, compliance and waste. The project management team translates Annual Operating Plan (AOP) goals into concrete programs, projects and deliverables, accelerates Traceability, Packaging & Product Compliance initiatives through process optimization, project & change management. Our specialism lies in providing structure, keeping the pace and contributing to qualitative deliverables. Together, we enable Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein to be the most desirable lifestyle brands in the world.

The Position

The Project Manager is responsible for driving strategic Traceability, Packaging & Product Compliance projects. Moreover, optimize processes and operating models, through process and organization design. In this role, you will work closely with Senior Leadership, the other sub-teams and different stakeholder groups, such as our Corporate Responsibility department and the brands. The role of Project Manager will challenge you to use your strategic project management, change and communication skills, to implement new ways of working and sustain change. Projects within our current portfolio are focused on transforming the supply chain to be more transparent, comply to legislation, ensuring product data integrity and reducing packaging costs and waste.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of projects with a strong Traceability, Packaging & Product Compliance and Business Transformation focus

  • Support with the execution of PVH strategic programs and drive related projects independently

  • Contribute to a problem solving process: frame problems, create business cases, guide analytical modeling, and create solutions analysis

  • Perform process and organizational design

  • Act as a contact person to the entire organization for project related tasks and various issues

The Ideal Candidate:

  • University/Engineering degree (or equivalent) with 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an equivalent position in fashion, and/or retail environment

  • Strong background in project management, problem structuring, and strategic problem solving skills

  • Proficient in collaborating with and presenting to senior stakeholders

  • Possess process design skills (e.g. Lean Six Sigma certification)

  • Demonstrate proficiency in organization design, including assessment of organizational structures and roles & responsibilities.

  • Significant experience in implementing and guiding global transformations on new processes, setting-up of new teams and tooling.

  • Comfortable in an ambiguous environment

  • Strong team player with excellent social skills

  • High standard of ethics, integrity and confidentiality

  • Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Excellent English language skills and ability to work in multi-cultural & multi-lingual environment
