The Team

Financial Reporting Team focuses on both Financial as well as Tax reporting and accounting and has in total 15 associates. Almost all positions concern specialist areas where a solid knowledge of Financial Accounting and/or Tax accounting is key. This is visible in the high level of education each associate has, with almost all associates having a Master in Business Administration. Focus areas include Month-end/Quarterly/Year-end close activities, external Audits on both US GAAP as well as Statutory Audits, P&L / Balance Sheet / Cash Flow reporting, Tax declaration, guidance and implementation of US GAAP policies. The Position

Manager will bring drive Reporting requirements to key Senior Leadership (CEO, CFO PVH Europe) as well as to PVH Corp. located in NYC, US.

Key Responsibilities (5-7) :

  • Execute on the reporting and month end closing processes and procedures from a Financial Reporting perspective and report out to PVH Corp

  • Assist in preparation and coordination of Disclosures and Supplemental Reporting Schedules for quarterly and annual filings to US HQ (10K preparation)

  • Leading monthly Dashboard requirements / submissions (CEOrequest)

  • Ensure accurate financial reporting around Markdown provisions, Inventory provisions including being in compliance with Audit and SOX requirements

  • Provide executive commentary around month-end-close to PVH Europe Leadership (CEO, CFO)

  • Support with deep dives and ad-hoc requests, including preparation of senior management information both structured and on an ad hoc basis notably for the CEO, CFO of PVH Europe

The Ideal Candidate description :

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience within Accounting, Reporting. At least 4 years as Reporting analyst / Manager in a Multinational US GAAP environment

  • Masters in Finance / Business Administration. Accounting qualification preferred

  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP

  • Strong team player. Fitting in our casual company culture

  • Proactive, organized self-starter able to drive projects to completion. Flexible & Deadline oriented

  • Good communication skills, ability to clearly articulate finance topics in plain language to various stakeholders. Able to form trusted relationships with (Sr.) Stakeholders

  • Skilled in BI, good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, BW, BPC)

  • Strong excel and power point skills
