Implementation Specialist

Location: Remote, Dublin, Ireland, Amsterdam, Netherlands, Ismaning, Germany, Wroclaw, Poland

Fluke Reliability Solutions is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our rapidly expanding software technology company. The Implementation Specialist will learn the intricacies of Fluke Reliability’s eMaint computerized maintenance management software (CMMS) product offering by delivering implementation services to the customer. The Implementation Specialist will manage and document the implementation timeline while providing technical support and answering technical questions. The Implementation Specialist works directly with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless transition for post-implementation follow-up and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert in eMaint’s X4 and X5 software applications.

  • Lead new customers through eMaint’s onboarding process and provide CMMS strategies with the goal of getting customers up and running quickly.

  • Serve as a coach and trusted advisor to your portfolio of customers.

  • Coordinate and deliver product training and configuration sessions to customers.

  • Provide remote and on-site “go-live” support for both “go-live” and ongoing operations once customers are using X3 software in a live environment.

  • Evaluate customer business requirements and system usage to make strategic recommendations.

  • Develop and drive project plans with the goal of ensuring maximum customer success.

  • Create and deliver customer-facing reports, presentations, and documentation.

  • Proactively manage client accounts throughout the customer lifecycle.

  • Continually look at ways to improve the onboarding and account management process to enhance customer experience.

  • Fulfill onsite services at customer locations as required.

  • Answer incoming eMaint software support phone calls, email, and chat communications.

  • Identify and communicate accurate solutions to issues reported by end users while using eMaint products through analytical talent and strong troubleshooting abilities.

  • Work in a strong team environment to provide unparalleled support to customers in a wide variety of industries.

  • Multi-task during calls to research technical issues while communicating with the customer, and clearly and concisely documenting the issue.

  • Demonstrate a desire to help other people with specific technical issues and be able to understand the support process from the customer's point of view.

  • Contribute to the growth of the eMaint knowledge base by creating product documentation.

  • Deliver web-based training courses on basic eMaint system functions.

Qualifications:

  • B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent experience required.

  • 5+ years of experience implementing software with customers required.

  • Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills required.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate to a diverse audience required.

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision required.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills required.

  • Customer service experience is a plus.
