Barilla Netherlands BV is recruiting an HR Manager for the Group Organization team. The role will report to the Group Organization Director and it will be based in Amsterdam. Job Purpose Support the Head in the design and development strategic Organizational Design/Company Transformation projects. Contribute to the improvement and development of company organizational and operating model, acting as a trusted advisor for HR Business Partners, in line with the global strategy evolution. Coordinate the banding/grading process consistent with the organizational needs and the Company certified systems. Key Accountabilities • Supports the Organization head with continuous improvement of organization design methodology, processes, tools and best practice research and other initiatives requiring subject matter expertise or support through Benchmarking, Trainings, Workshops • Acting as a trusted advisor and Subject Matter Expert to the Business and HR leaders to identify organization design opportunities and advise on organizational development opportunities to optimize organizational effectiveness and the achievement of business strategies and objectives. • Contribute to the definition of Global Operating Model cooperating with Business Leaders overall effectiveness and adherence to the organizational strategy, by ensuring the design and deployment of valuable analysis. • Coordinate the banding/grading system process ensuring organizational consistency with the company strategy. • Keep abreast of organizational design trends conducting research and benchmarking on best practices and participate as an active member of Organization Design Communities of Practice and Forums. Proactively propose continuous improvement initiatives in HR processes and be the key contact in Projects within the HR job family Requirements • Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or other similar disciplines • At least 5/6 years of relevant experience in the HR field, including at least 2 years in Organization design roles, gained by working in international consultancy firms and/or large multinational companies with relevant accountabilities on managing foreign countries / regions. Different backgrounds will be taken into the proper consideration. • Fluency in English. • Strong Analytical Skills. • Practitioner (with a cutting-edge knowledge) of Organizational Development and Organizational Effectiveness methodologies and tools. • Consumer at the core – strong service orientation and empathy with clients, strong influencer. • Innovator – initiates new ideas and triggers change seeks new ways of doing things sources new knowledge both within and outside the organization.
