The Team

Join our Store Development Team, where the Supply Chain Non Trade department is at the heart of managing store furnishings, packaging materials, visual merchandise, and non-trade goods for Calvin Klein Europe and Tommy Hilfiger Europe in the AMEA region. Our team of seven full-time equivalents (FTEs) focuses on demand & supply planning, stock purchasing, inventory risk and control, order fulfillment and Third Party Logistics. Collaborating seamlessly with Store/Shop-In-Shop Development, Visual Merchandize, Regional Sales, Marketing, Procurement, IT, and Finance, we drive efficiency and innovation in our supply chain operations. The Position

As a Demand & Supply Planning Specialist focused on Consumables (Packaging, Bags) and Master Opening Pack (Store Openings Starter Kit), you will play a crucial role in optimizing the supply chain for these product groups stocked at the 3PL facility. Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, your primary responsibilities include:

Demand Planning:

  • Develop and generate monthly a 12 monthly rolling forecast (based on statistics, seasonality/trends and forward insights gained via stakeholders and in line with overall strategy) for (Packaging, Bags) and Master Opening Pack (Mannequins, Hangers).

  • Collaborate closely with Concept Implementation Team, Store Development Program Planner, Retail Operations, Regional Sales Offices and Marketing to gather relevant data and insights for accurate demand forecasting.

  • Ensure alignment between demand plans and business objectives for each product group.

  • Maintaining forecast KPI, evolution and accuracy reporting

  • Define stock strategy based on article characteristics, ABC analysis and behavior

Supply Planning:

  • Work closely with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate supply of inventory.

  • Collaborate with Retail Operations, Regional Sales Offices, Marketing, and Concept Implementation to align supply plans with market dynamics and promotional activities.

  • Develop supply planning process to increase product availability and keep inventory low and communicate planning results and stock availability

  • Monthly convert output of demand planning process into a supply plan in line with overall strategy

  • Order volume validation

  • Perform weekly analysis on stock availability issues, with a forward view of 3 months (identify and resolve supply shortfalls & backlogs)

  • Prepare and lead weekly supply planning meeting as part of the supply planning process

  • Follow up on stock risk control during weekly supply planning meeting

  • Stakeholders management (internal e.g. Retail, Procurement & Controlling team and external e.g. Suppliers, 3PL) on availability issues

  • Align and translate forecast volume to 3PL and warehouse activities

S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning):

  • Drive Sales and Operations Planning processes for Consumables and Master Opening Pack to align business objectives with supply chain capabilities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Retail Operations, Regional Sales Offices, Marketing, Store Development Program Planner and Concept Implementation, to integrate sales forecasts, production plans, and inventory management.

Supplier Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers for Consumables (Packaging, Bags) and Master Opening Pack to ensure timely and reliable inventory supply.

  • Collaborate with suppliers, procurement and other stakeholders, to improve lead times, reduce costs, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency for these product groups.

  • Lead monthly supplier performance meetings with key vendors and work on continuous improvement, collect and track vendor KPI’s, align forecast and lead time reduction

Inventory Management Objectives:

  • Minimize the risk of out-of-stocks and overstocks for Consumables and Master Opening Pack through effective demand and supply planning.

  • Improve forecast accuracy for these product groups to enhance the precision of inventory planning.

  • Optimize inventory turnover specifically for Consumables and Master Opening Pack to ensure a healthy balance between supply and demand.

  • Reduce excess stock for these product groups through proactive monitoring and management strategies.

  • Enhance On-Time In-Full (OTIF) performance for Consumables and Master Opening Pack by refining supply chain processes.

  • Perform monthly analysis on inventory risks and suggest mitigation plan (discontinued or damaged products to be written off, push strategy of in range products,…)

  • Coordinate scrapping and write off activities

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience in Demand & Supply Planning within a SAP MRP environment and knowledge of forecast tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including SAP and Microsoft Excel.
