As a leading manufacturing company dedicated to producing high-quality measurement devices for our customers. We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Warehouse Clerk to join our warehouse team.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations.

  • Familiarity with shipping software and systems (e.g., UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager).

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Shipping Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process outgoing shipments using shipping software (e.g., UPS, FedEx).

  • Ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, and labeling of products.

  • Coordinate with carriers to schedule pick-ups and track shipments.

  • Verify and maintain shipping documentation and records.

Receiving Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments.

  • Unload and verify the accuracy of received products against purchase orders.

  • Process and label received products for storage or distribution.

  • Report any discrepancies or damages to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Inventory Management:

  • Update inventory records and maintain accurate inventory counts.

  • Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and cycle counts.

  • Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or overages to the Warehouse Supervisor.

General Warehouse Duties:

  • Assist with picking, packing, and stocking products as needed.

  • Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas.

  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.

  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of warehouse facilities and equipment.

Safety and Compliance:

  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

  • Comply with company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving.
