Procter & Gamble Amiens plant, located in the Somme department, is the largest P&G production site in Europe and the 2nd largest in the world. Your missions :

As part of HR team, you will contribute to several Employee & Labour Relations subjects:

  • Talent Supply: recruiting activities (develop sourcing, set the recruiting strategy, attract the targeted profiles, follow up of the hiring processes...)

  • Talent Development: contribute to site training coordination, collaboration with operations in order to assess future needs, coordination of training efforts and results

Job Qualifications

What are we looking for:

  • Studying a Master's degree in Human Resources

  • Ability and interest in working in a multicultural/diverse environment

  • Good collaboration skills

  • Analytical skills and troubleshooting mindset that enable you to propose creative and innovative solutions

  • Good mastery of the Microsoft Office and social networks

  • Proficient in English and French.
