       Ames High School is seeking an Infinite Campus Grade Book TrainerSummary:The Infinite Campus Grade Book Trainer will provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to teachers and staff on the effective use of the Infinite Campus Grade Book system. The trainer will develop and deliver training sessions, create instructional materials, and ensure staff understand the system’s functionalities to enhance grading, reporting, and student performance tracking.Responsibilities/Essential Functions:Training Development and Delivery:

  • Designs and implements training session on the use of the Infinite Campus Grade Book, grade entry, attendance, and reporting.

  • Conducts hands-on workshops, webinars, and one-on-one sessions for faculty and staff.

  • Provides refresher courses as needed and responds to ongoing training requests.

Support and Troubleshooting:

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for grade book-related inquiries and issues.

  • Troubleshoots and resolves technical problems that staff encounter with the system.

  • Provides real-time support during grade entry periods and reporting deadlines.

Documentation and Resources:

  • Develops and distributes user guides, step-by-step tutorials, and FAQ documents to assist staff in navigating the grade book.

  • Maintains an updated repository of training materials accessible to all faculty.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Collects feedback from staff to identify areas of improvement in training and support.

  • Stays informed about best practices in educational technology and grading systems to enhance the training process.

Data Management:

  • Assist teachers in understanding how to use grade book data for student performance analysis.

  • Ensure that grading data is accurately recorded and aligned with district grading policies.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated competency in the subject area(s) assigned.

Compensation:$1,746 stipend
