POSITION SUMMARY Monarch Paving is looking for a Shop Laborer to perform general maintenance tasks which may include but are not limited to: Shop upkeep and site maintenance Snow/Ice removal Conduct oil changes Assist Mechanics with repairs Pick up and deliver parts to Monarch Shop or jobsite Inventory, sort and organize parts and supplies Operating forklift Other tasks as needed On the job training will provide the knowledge and skills to become a productive member of our team, with the potential for advancement opportunities. This position is full-time seasonal, working April through November, but provides year-round benefits. This position requires working overtime and some weekends.
