Robert Half Senior Project Manager in Ambler, Pennsylvania

Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to work on established agency brands and new business accounts and a healthcare marketing agency. This person will oversee the development of agency work across multi-channel tactics and deliver strategic and innovative solutions for their clients.

The Senior Project Manager must have proven, demonstrated project management experience at an advertising agency, some of which needs to have been pharmaceutical project management (both HCP and patient). This is a REMOTE role, but preference is local to the Greater Philadelphia area.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project management in the advertising agency, ensuring the successful execution of projects and initiatives

  • Spearhead pharmaceutical marketing projects, catering to both healthcare professionals (HCP) and patients.

  • Manage print marketing initiatives to ensure effective communication of our products and services

  • Manage third-party and agency partners (media vendors, technology partners) as they relate to the projects and accounts

  • Maintain direct and ongoing contact with client project managers and marketing operations leads, fostering open communication and efficient workflow management

  • Utilize proven project management skills to ensure the timely completion of projects

  • Leverage media agency experience to optimize advertising efforts

  • Utilize CRM to manage customer relationships and improve customer service

  • Execute digital marketing strategies and perform campaign management functions as they relate to multi-channel marketing campaigns for the brands

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 5+ total years of TRUE project management experience at an advertising agency-must have strong digital acumen

  • 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical project management across various digital and offline tactics (both HCP and patient)

  • Proven experience with various digital marketing channels (front- and back-end website development, email marketing, CRM, SEM/SEO, analytics, etc.)

  • Proven experience with traditional offline industry marketing materials (brochures, sales aids, training materials, etc.)

  • Familiarity with the print development and production lifecycle

  • Able to multi-task and manage multiple deliverables

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite

  • Bachelor’s degree
