Your mission will be…

  • Planning all maintenance activities for customers.

  • Develop and maintain maintenance plans.

  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance tasks.

  • Manage resources and ensure availability of equipment and materials.

  • Document maintenance activities and generate reports.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and promote proactive maintenance.

  • Review work orders, equipment history, and maintenance reports to identify recurring issues, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Analyze maintenance data and generate reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as equipment uptime, maintenance costs, and resource utilization.

  • Stay updated with industry best practices, new technologies, and regulatory requirements related to maintenance planning, and propose relevant improvements or initiatives.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and maintenance procedures.

We are looking for someone with…

  • Degree/Experience in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar and/or Relevant work experience in Opportunity to Cash.

  • Fluency in Dutch (speaking and writing).

  • Proven experience in maintenance planning and scheduling, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

  • Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, techniques, and methodologies.

  • Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and other relevant software tools.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
