SERVICE FIRST STAFFING Commercial Furniture Installers in ALTOONA, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Purpose: As a Driver, you will partner with businesses to achieve successful transition in the workplace. This position is responsible for aligning with our vision to be the first \"World Class Provider\" of facility services and sharing it with others to the highest level of excellence daily. Additionally, you are responsible for all the truck operations for the vehicle assigned to you daily. Delivery and/or pick-up product or other items to/from various client sites throughout the local market and surrounding areas at the direction of the scheduler. Coordinates proper loading, unloading, and moving of product as needed. Acts as a team player and presents themselves in a professional manner. A fully qualified Driver has demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of safe vehicle driving, product handling, and works independently or with minimal supervision. This individual also coordinates small furniture/move related projects at the direction of others. This position is expected to work varied work hours, 40+ hours per week, but hours can vary depending on workload demands. Commercial Furniture Installation - Assists with unpacking, installation and moving a variety of commercial furniture according to customer expectations. Understands installation techniques of commercial furniture and installs accordingly. Coordinates less complex projects such as service calls, truck unloads and basic installation projects. Actively seeks additional tasks upon completion of those assigned to them and performs to expectations of job. Willingly assists in a positive manner with cross-training of other Team Members. Employee/Customer Relations - Provides effective communication/service to others and ensures following appropriate policy/procedures as designated by company. Projects a positive and favorable appearance of himself/herself and of the company. Conducts themselves professionally and acts appropriately always while on the job or in uniform. Respects co-workers, clients, and their belongings. Complies with company policies and procedures as defined in the employee handbook and other business operating practices. Skills and Abilities: Works quickly to get things done; fosters a sense of urgency. Owns execution of tasks and demonstrates excellent follow through. Ability to act professionally and appropriately always while on the job or in uniform. Good analytical skills; detail oriented and high level of accuracy.
