    Position Summary:

    The Lubrication Technician performs lubrication services on all beverage manufacturing equipment for the company.

  • Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Lubricate all types of machinery by using low and high-volume lubrication devices

  • Develop lubrication maps and Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Preventive Maintenance (PM) Documents

  • Use oil filtration systems i.e., flushing and replenishment

  • Inspect and maintain oil levels in all machinery to meet Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications

  • Take oil samples and conduct analysis

  • Change oil in all machinery to meet OEM specifications

  • Visually inspect machinery for defects and wear as well as generate work orders and requisitions as needed

  • Coordinate with maintenance and production planning for service availability of beverage manufacturing equipment

  • Conduct Break Down Analysis (BDA)

  • Conduct Seven - Step problem solving exercises

  • Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

  • HS Diploma/GED and 1 to 2 plus years of manufacturing maintenance technician experience i.e., equipment repair

  • Diagnostic troubleshooting experience i.e., basic cause and effect

  • Basic computers skills and participation in on-going computer training

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test

    Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Lubrication technologies certification

  • Electrical or Vocational certification

  • Experience with chemical handling and storage methods

  • Experience with Computer Maintenance Management System/Management Data Systems
