Fiserv Sr Financial Analyst in Alpharetta, Georgia

What does a great Sr Financial Analyst do?

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in our Alpharetta office.

This Senior Financial Analyst will report to the CFO – Digital Solutions. This role will support the Digital Channels CIO organization within the Digital Channels division of Fiserv.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will :

  • Support, manage and analyze the CIO Group within Digital Channels Perform monthly close and forecast process and prepare monthly operational reports.

  • Support creation of annual and multi-year strategic plans Help drive existing projects within the group to completion as well as own new projects as they come to fruition

  • Recommend business process improvements and successfully implement procedures to improve efficiencies Interact with different levels within the business to provide analytical and financial support

  • Problem solving is expected and frequent.

  • Must be able to define issues, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

  • Strong organizational skills, in particular, an attention to detail and the ability to prepare reports in a timely and effective manner

  • Ensure accuracy and transparency of reported and forecasted results

  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and Corporate Policy Ad hoc and monthly reporting Proficiency with Excel is required, particularly those functions that are used to manipulate large data sets such as pivot tables, lookup formulas, and conditional sum formulas.

Basic qualifications for consideration :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent Business discipline. MBA preferred .

  • 5+ years of applicable accounting/finance and/or other related experience

Preferred qualifications:

  • SAP and SAP Business Analyzer knowledge is a strong plus
